Living History Weekend: Civil War on the Missouri/Kansas Border.

A Civil War event demonstrating camp life in the Union & Confederate Armies on the Western border with civilians in period dress talking about what life on the home front was like during this time.

Friday, September 1st, 9am-3pm
Period military demonstrations on drill and tactics along with skirmishes and a small battle. School groups are welcome! Please call or email to schedule times.

Saturday, September 2nd – 9am-4pm: Living History Camp begins on Saturday. Free Admission. Shuttle will be available to transport visitors from the festivities at Lincoln park to the Museums Living History Event throughout the day.

Sunday, September 3rd, the Museum will also be open from Noon-4pm. Admission is free.
